At Maison Sync, we want you to love your purchase. That's why every order comes with a risk-free 120-day home trial.

120-Day Returns If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your Maison Sync within 120 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included accessories.

How to Start a Return Email us at maisonsyncaide@outlook.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

1-Year Warranty Every Maison Sync is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at maisonsyncaide@outlook.com and we'll make it right, at no cost to you.
